PPRO Again Accelerates Bond Payments of IDR 523 Billion
Jakarta, 02 July 2021 – PT PP Properti Tbk (stock code: PPRO) has again accelerated the payment of PP Properti Phase I 2018 Sustainable Bonds I of Rp523 billion which will mature on 6 July 2021.
After one day earlier (29/6) the Company also accelerated the payment of bonds worth Rp. 400 billion for the 2016 Series B PP Property Bonds due on July 2, 2021, so that the total accelerated bond payments made by the Company amounted to Rp. 923 billion.
Finance Director, Deni Budiman explained that the company has allocated funds to make payments on the principal debt and interest on the bonds maturing in July 2021. “The funds have been paid to the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) worth Rp. 400 billion on June 29, 2021 and worth Rp. 523 billion. on June 30, 2021.” said Deni.
In the era of the pandemic, the adaptive company carried out product development in line with the Work From Home policy recommended by the Government and this has become a current business trend. Along with the relatively high market demand for landed houses, in 2021 the company has launched the Landed House product in the Cibubur area, Depok. This is expected to support the Company’s financial performance in the future.
The trend of increasing internet usage is quite high and coupled with social conditions that are completely restricted, the business industry has changed its marketing model. So that the company maximizes its digital marketing strategy to carry out marketing activities through the use of several owned platforms such as websites, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
