PPRO Accelerates Bond Payments of IDR 400 Billion
Jakarta, 29 June 2021 – One of the property developers in Indonesia, PT PP Properti Tbk (stock code: PPRO) has paid Rp400 billion to KSEI for the payment of PP Properti Year 2016 Bonds I Series B which will mature on July 1 2021.
Deni Budiman as Director of Finance PT PP Properti Tbk emphasized, “We are still trying to be committed to maintaining the confidence of investors holding bonds maturing this year, in the midst of uncertain market conditions due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which has been running for almost 1.5 years. also affect the property sector”.
In the midst of the current Pandemic condition, PPRO continues the process of handing over finished units that have been marketed in previous years, as for several locations that will continue to be handed over this year including Grand Sungkono Lagoon & Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon – Surabaya, Grand Kamala Lagoon – Bekasi , Begawan Apartment – Malang, Amartha View & The Alton – Semarang, Evenciio – Depok and The Ayoma Apartment – Serpong.
As a follow-up strategy, PPRO has implemented several specific strategies from a financial perspective, including cashflow leadership, and cooperation programs with several banks (DP 0%, Simple KPA, Interest subsidies, etc.), as well as asset recycling for equity participation in affiliates.
“We carry out several strategies to maintain the balance of the Company’s financial condition and the confidence of investors and consumers,” concluded Deni Budiman.
