PP Properti Paid Off Bonds Due in 2023
Wednesday, 12th July 2023 – PT PP Properti Tbk (Stock Code: PPRO) as a subsidiary of one of State-Owned property developers namely PT PP (Persero) Tbk (Stock Code:PTPP) has paid off its bonds Phase I Year 2018 Series B Sustainable Bonds which due on July 6 with a value of IDR 142.5 billion. The principal payment is paid off with the method of transfer to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia’s (PT KSEI) account.
PP Properti always keep their commitments which is proven by completing its matured obligations with a value of IDR 142,5 billion to maintain the trust of its Investors. In addition, PP Properti always maintain the trust of consumers by adjusting the consumers’ interests and fulfil their needs such as providing apartments with complete facilities or full furnished as well as offering special promos which held routinely.
In the matter of developing products, PP Properti is focusing on developing some of its on-going projects namely Westown View Apartment in Surabaya, Louvin Apartment in Jatinangor, and Landed House Permata Puri Cibubur. Along with developing projects, PP Properti also focusing on doing stocks and land divestations in the year 2023.
