PPRO Approves Changes to the Company’s Articles of Association
Jakarta, 06 June 2024 – PT PP Properti Tbk (“Company, PPRO”), is one of the property development companies in Indonesia that has completed its annual obligations as an Issuer in the Capital Market, as per the implementation of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“Annual GMS”) Fiscal Year 2023 which will be held on Wednesday (05/06) at the Wisma Subiyanto Auditorium, Jakarta. In the Annual GMS, there were 6 (six) agenda items that were presented to Shareholders, one of which was reporting on the company’s performance for the 2023 Financial Year where the Company recorded Operating Revenues (Revenues) reaching IDR 983 Billion and Marketing reaching IDR 477 Billion.
“Apart from the routine agenda items presented at the PPRO Annual GMS, Shareholders approved the amendment of the Articles of Association, namely adjusting the limits of the Company’s authority, with the hope that the Company can be more flexible and sustainable in the ever-moving market developments,” said Afrilia Pratiwi as VP. PPRO Corporate Secretary after holding the Annual GMS in Jakarta.
“The implementation of the Annual GMS activities which consists of 6 (six) agenda items has run smoothly today where all of the agenda items have received approval from Shareholders who were present both physically and electronically through the eASY.KSEI system. In the 6th (sixth) agenda item, PPRO Shareholders approved the Changes to the Composition of the Company’s Management proposed by PT PP (Persero) Tbk as the Company’s Majority Shareholder. We would like to express our gratitude for the services, energy, devotion and contribution of thought that have been provided by the President Commissioner and President Director during their tenure at PPRO where their service period ended at this Annual GMS. “We don’t forget to congratulate the new President Commissioner and President Director on joining the PPRO family,” said Afrilia.
