Strengthen PPRO’s Business Portfolio by doing Asset Recycling

Friday, April 16, 2021,PT PP Properti Tbk has signed a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement for PT Menara Maritim Indonesia which is an associated entity with PT Pembangunan Pelabuhan Indonesia.

The sale of 21.13% shares or Rp70 billion was at the same time releasing PPRO’s share ownership in MMI. The Share Purchase Agreement was signed by Sinurlinda Gustina as President Director of PP Properti and M. Hadi Syafitri Noor as President Director of PT PPI.

The signing ceremony was also attended by Mr. Hambra Samal as Deputy President Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) / IPC as well as the President Commissioner of PT PPI and witnessed by the management of PT PPI namely Mr. M. Hadi Syafitri Noor (President Director), Mr. Sumarno (Director of Commercial & Business Development), Mr. Herman Susilo (Director of Finance & HR) and Mr. Eko Afrilianto (Director of Engineering), attended by PT MMI Management namely Mr. Bagus Dwipoyono (President Director), Mr. Yunas Rudianto (Deputy Director of PT MMI) and Mr. Rudy Istiawan (Director of Finance & HR) as well as representatives of PP Properti Management are Mrs. Sinurlinda Gustina (President Director) and Mr. Deni Budiman (Director of Finance).
