
Jakarta, 02 December 2025 – PT PP Properti Tbk (stock code: PPRO, Company), one of the leading property developers in Indonesia which is a subsidiary of state-owned PT PP (Persero) Tbk has held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders”) at the Auditorium of Wisma Subiyanto, Jakarta on Friday (28/11). The single agenda discussed in the Extraordinary GMS is related to the approval of changes in the composition of the Company’s management.
The Extraordinary GMS with the agenda of the meeting related to the approval of changes in the composition of the Company’s management was held as a form of fulfillment of the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation (“POJK”) 33/2014, Laws and Regulations related to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies, as well as the Company’s Articles of Association. The holding of this GMS is part of the Company’s commitment to the principles of good corporate governance (GCG), in connection with the resignation of two Independent Commissioners, Nurdin Misbah and Lia Itok Garbianto, which had been well received previously by the Board of Commissioners and the Majority Shareholders in accordance with procedures and provisions in October 2025.
In the Extraordinary GMS, the shareholders approved the appointment of Ronaldy Samuel Sinurat and Abdul Rahman as Independent Commissioners to support the Company’s strategy. This change is carried out while still referring to the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), ensuring continuity of management, and maintaining the Company’s focus in facing the dynamics of the national property industry.
The composition of the Company’s Management after the EGMS decision is as follows:

With this new management structure, we are committed to maintaining operational stability while continuing our business strategy in a consistent, measurable and sustainable manner. We believe that this step will support the Company in responding to the dynamics of the national property industry in a more adaptive manner,” said Afrilia Pratiwi as Corporate Secretary of PPRO.
