
Jakarta, 26 February 2026 – PT PP Properti Tbk (stock code: PPRO), one of the national property developers, has issued a clarification in connection with the news in a number of mass media regarding the decision of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) regarding the cooperation in the development of The Alton Apartment, Semarang.
PPRO emphasized that the arbitration award issued by BANI is not related to land ownership or the Company’s status as a Developer of The Alton Apartment project. The decision is related to certain operational arrangements in cooperation between the parties, especially related to the mechanism for the appointment of management bodies and the placement of supervisory personnel in marketing and project development activities.
Furthermore, the decision does not affect the status of project ownership and does not cancel the agreements that have been implemented. Thus, the legality of the project remains strong and legal, and does not have an impact on the validity of the ownership status of consumer units that remain safe and legally protected.
PPRO also ensures that operational and management activities of The Alton Apartment continue to run normally. The decision in principle encourages the strengthening of synergy between parties in managing the area more professionally through the establishment of more detailed management contracts, so that it is expected to improve the quality of services for residents and consumers in the future.
As of this release date, based on the information available to the Company, the BANI decision has not been registered with the District Court or an execution process has been carried out. PPRO respects the applicable legal process and is currently conducting a comprehensive review of the decision, including considering available legal measures in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
