Realizing Social Awareness, PPRO Strengthens Commitment Through a Series of Sustainable CSR Programs

Jakarta, 16 December 2025 – One of the leading property developers in Indonesia, PT PP Properti Tbk (stock code: PPRO), continues to affirm its commitment to grow with the community through various sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. In order to welcome its 12th anniversary, PPRO is carrying out a series of CSR activities in December 2025 as a form of gratitude as well as real concern for others. 

One of the main activities carried out was blood donation in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Donor Unit (UDD PMI) Central Jakarta. This activity took place on Monday, December 8, 2026 at the Wisma Subiyanto Auditorium, Jakarta, and involved the active participation of PPRO employees and employees of PT PP (Persero) Tbk (stock code: PTPP) along with their subsidiaries and affiliates. The enthusiasm and spirit of mutual cooperation is reflected in the collection of 128 bags of blood, which is expected to help meet the blood needs of people in need. 

VP Corporate Secretary of PPRO, Afrilia Pratiwi, who was also present at the event, said that blood donation activities are an annual routine agenda of PPRO which is in line with the company’s commitment to show concern for the community, especially those in need. 

“Blood donation is a simple form of concern, but it has a big impact on others. Through this activity, PPRO wants to foster the spirit of sharing and empathy within the company, as well as contributing directly to people in need,” said Afrilia. 

In addition, in order to be grateful for 

its anniversary, PPRO also organizes social activities around projects owned by the company. The social assistance is in the form of providing compensation to 20 orphans from the Griya Yatim & Dhuafa orphanage. The handover of this compensation was carried out to coincide with the anniversary of PPRO on Friday (12/12) at The Ayoma Apartment, Serpong, South Tangerang. This activity became a moment of reflection as well as an expression of gratitude for the journey of PPRO during its 12 years of work. 

“PPRO is very grateful for the trust and support that continues to accompany the company’s journey until the age of 12. Through this activity, we hope to share happiness and be a small part of the future of hopeful children,” added Afrilia. 

Still in the spirit of concern in December, PPRO also showed its commitment to corporate social responsibility by distributing aid to the victims of floods and landslides that hit a number of areas in Sumatra. The disaster has brought deep sorrow to the community, especially in Aceh, Medan, and West Sumatra. 

As a form of solidarity and empathy, PPRO together with management and employees worked together to collect CSR funds and distribute them gradually to the affected communities. Assistance is provided in various forms, ranging from cash assistance, basic necessities, and other daily needs that are urgently needed in the post-disaster recovery period. In its implementation, PPRO synergizes with one of its subsidiaries, PT Pekanbaru Permai Propertindo, and is supported by the Indonesian Air Force (AURI), to ensure that the distribution process of aid runs safely, orderly, and on target until it reaches the recipients. 

“We are saddened by the disaster that befell our brothers and sisters in Sumatra. Through this assistance, PPRO hopes to slightly ease the burden of the victims, as well as bring a glimmer of hope and enthusiasm to rise in the midst of a challenging situation,” concluded Afrilia. 

Through this series of CSR activities, PPRO believes that a sustainable company is not only measured by the quality of products and services, but also by concern for human values, empathy, and togetherness. With the spirit of sharing, PPRO is committed to continuing to make a real contribution and providing a sustainable positive impact on the wider community.
