Public Expose PP Properti 2021: Has Promising Potential, PPRO Develops Commercial and Residential Areas in KIT Batang
Jakarta, September 8, 2021 – PT PP Properti Tbk (stock code: PPRO) has held a virtual Public Expose which was attended by all levels of the Company’s Board of Directors. At this year’s Public Expose, the Board of Directors explained the company’s performance and activities, strategies and work programs as well as property development plans in 2021.
One of the business strategies that will be carried out by PPRO is to develop property in the national strategic project Batang Integrated Industrial Estate (KIT Batang) located in Central Java with a total area of 4,300 ha. This area is divided into 3 clusters (industrial area & township 3,100 ha and 800 ha and Recreational Estate & Township cluster 400 ha). This area has the potential to develop a workforce that will require housing, office areas, commercial areas and hotels.
In line with this development, PPRO has signed an MoU agreement with KIT Batang on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. The event was attended by Bp. I Gede Upeksa Negara as President Director of PT PP Properti Tbk, Fajar Saiful Bahri as Director of Business Development and HCM of PT PP Properti Tbk, Galih Saksono as President Director of PT KIT Batang, Rudi Harjito as Director of Finance and HCM KIT Batang.
President Director of PPRO Bp. I Gede Upeksa Negara said, “The Batang Industrial Area, which is fully supported by the Central and Regional Governments, makes PPRO not miss the opportunity to develop Township and Commercial in the Batang KIT project. The PPRO plan includes the development of low rise residences, landed houses, commercials and hotels”.
KIT Batang will be able to attract foreign and local industries so it will require the availability of residential, commercial and hotel. PPRO as a developer company will be present to support the development of the area and participate in supporting government programs.
