PPRO Shareholders Approval for Change in Company Management
Jakarta, 20th April 2022 – PT PP Properti Tbk (stock code: PPRO) is a state-owned subsidiary of PT PP (Persero) Tbk (stock code: PTPP). The company which was established in December 2013 has completed its annual obligations as an Issuer in the Capital Market, namely the implementation of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“RUPS”) for the 2021 Fiscal Year on Wednesday (20/04) at Wisma Subiyanto Auditorium, Plaza PP – Jakarta.
In RUPS, there are 7 (seven) agenda items that are presented to the Shareholders and has obtained the following approvals

Along with the gradual decline in the COVID-19 pandemic, the RUPST was held hybridly, online and offline by following health protocols by using masks while inside room and do physical distancing.
