PPRO Inaugurates Transjakarta Bus Stop at Grand Kamala Lagoon, Strengthening Connectivity and Regional Value

Jakarta, August 28, 2026 – PT PP Properti Tbk (“PPRO”) continues to strengthen the connectivity and added value of the Grand Kamala Lagoon (GKL) Bekasi area through the development of increasingly integrated public transportation access. This commitment was realized through the inauguration of the Transjakarta Bus Stop in the GKL area on Friday (28/8), which was symbolically marked by a ribbon cutting by the Managing Director of PPRO, Daniel Moeis, together with the General Manager of Grand Kamala Lagoon, Rico Akbar, and the General Manager of Lagoon Avenue Mall Bekasi, Rika Rachmawati.

The presence of Transjakarta services in the GKL area expands mobility options for residents and people who are active in the area. GKL is now crossed by the Transjakarta service on the B25 route (Bekasi–Dukuh Atas), with service points located in the Lagoon Avenue Mall area, Grand Kamala Lagoon. The service operates every day from 05.00 to 22.00 WIB, with a bus arrival time of about 10-15 minutes, and uses the regular Transjakarta subsidized bus fare of IDR 3,500.

The B25 route serves the journey from Bekasi to Dukuh Atas through a number of points, including the West Bekasi area, activity centers in Bekasi, and the Grand Kamala Lagoon, before continuing the journey through toll access to Pedati, Prumpung, to Dukuh Atas. Meanwhile, in the opposite direction, this route serves a number of points such as Grand Kota Bintang, Mega Bekasi, and Simpang Pekayon.

Managing Director of PPRO, Daniel Moeis, said that Transjakarta’s presence in GKL is part of PPRO’s efforts to present an area that not only offers housing, but also supports the mobility of residents and the community in carrying out daily activities.

“For us, accessibility is one of the important elements in building an area that has long-term value. The presence of Transjakarta services at Grand Kamala Lagoon further expands transportation options for residents and the community to reach various centers of activity in Bekasi and Jakarta. This is in line with PPRO’s commitment to continue to develop GKL as an integrated, connected, and relevant area to the needs of the community,” said Daniel Moeis.

GKL’s connectivity is also strengthened by multimodal access support. This area is located about 300 meters from the West Bekasi Toll Gate, and has access to Bekasi Station and West Bekasi LRT Station. GKL is also connected to a number of major toll networks, including Becakayu, Jakarta-Cikampek, and JORR, making it easier to move to various areas in Bekasi, Jakarta, and surrounding areas.

Furthermore, Daniel emphasized that the addition of public transportation facilities is part of PPRO’s steps to strengthen the added value of the region through sustainable development that is relevant to market needs.
