PP Properti Launches Landed House on Strategic Location

Jakarta, 25 February 2021 – PT PP Properti Tbk (code: PPRO) gave a good responses to Bank Indonesia’s policy regarding the reduction of the BI 7-Days Reverse Repo Rate (BI7DRRR) to 3.5%. This value is the lowest interest rate in history, which previously BI has lowered interest rates four times during the Covid-19 pandemic. This reduction in interest was supported by the maximum relaxation up to 100% of Loan to Value (LTV) and Financing to Value (FTV) for all types of property, including landed houses and flats.

“The policy from Bank Indonesia is certainly a support for the community since they can enjoy Down Payment up to 0% for all kind of property purchases. As for the developers, this policy also a good stimulus to increase sales and marketing. ” said Deni Budiman, Finance Director of PP Properti.

Regarding this policy, the Company has launched a new landed house product in a strategic location, namely Permata Puri Cibubur. Specially designed by Andra Matin, this landed house comes in three types, namely Type 45 with a land area of 78 m2, type 72 with a land area of 78 m2 and Type 105 with a land area of 90 m2.

Arso Anggoro, Director of Operation 2 PP Properti explains “This landed house has a green and sustainable house concept, each house is designed with good air circulation and lighting so that it can save energy from the minimum use of air conditioner and lights. All units have a distinctive mezzanine floor which functions to maximize space utilization, as well as two gardens located at the front and back of the lot. ”

The Company has collaborated with several banking partner to provide convenience and easy options for consumers payments, namely mortgage loan, or instalment method. “Special in Permata Puri Cibubur, the initial prices starting from Rp 500 million only for limited units.” explained Arso.

Permata Puri Cibubur is the 10th series of landed house products developed by PP Properti and one of the Company’s landed house products released this year. “In accordance with the needs of the community for the tread house which is increasingly climbing, we will develop two other sites for the landed house, namely in Semarang and Bandung, the total development plan for the landed house is around 30 hectares.” close Arso.
