Held EGM, PPRO Company Management Refreshment
Jakarta, 8 October 2020 – Indonesia’s leading property developer, PT PP Properti Tbk. (ticker code: PPRO) has held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”) in Jakarta. Shareholders have approved the Amendment to the Articles of Association of the Company and the Amendment to the Management of the Company.
It is known that the implementation of the EGMS was carried out by the covid-19 prevention protocol which refers to the Governor Regulation No. 33 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions in Handling Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) in the Province of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta, article 10 paragraph 2, POJK No. 15 / POJK.04 / 2020 concerning the Plan and Implementation of General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Companies.
Results of the EGMS, the shareholders approved the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company in connection with several changes and adjustments to the articles and / or paragraphs in the articles of association of the Company in connection with the adjustment to OJK regulations, including POJK 15/2020, POJK 16/2020 and POJK 14/2019.
Furthermore, in the second agenda item, the shareholders agree to the dismissal, change in nomenclature and appointment of members of the board of commissioners and directors of the company, so the composition of the members of the board of commissioners and directors is as follows:
