The candidate should be able to handles all trade marketing activities, create, implement and oversee communications programs, be internal or external that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products, in order to support achieving the defined business objectives.
- Min. background education is bachelor degree in marketing or communication from reputable university, minimum 3 years experience in marketing or communication field.
- Strong understanding of the property industry
- Have an experience in trade marketing for major multiples
- Have an ability to prioritize and focus on the basis of commercial needs
- Have strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skill
- Have an experience in managing event, such as open house, exhibition, media gathering
- High level computer literacy is preferred
- Have skills in administrating website, digital and social media
